FUN RUNWALK FOR HEALTH A SUCCESS
The first annual Spirit Mountain Fun RunWalk was
held on August 20, 1988. Over 100 men, women and
children participated in the event of their choice.
Trophy winners for the 5-K or one-mile race were: Stan
Kneeland, Mark Fasana, Greg Leno, Gordon Empy,
Larry Lewis, Patricia Fasana, Joe Ring, Maya Willis,
Evaline Patt, Jason Bettles, Leonard Logan II, Rochelle
Andrews, Gordon Bettles, Linda Andrews, David
Lomboy, Charles Kneeland, Emma Leno and Allison
Empey.
Special Trophies were given for the youngest participant
and the eldest participant. Ali Holsclaw was the young
est and Frances Ring was the eldest.
All participants received special Spirit Mountain Fun
RunWalk T-shirts.
