WHO MAY VOTE
Any duly enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon who will be 18
years of age or older on the date of any scheduled election shall have the right to vote m the election. Duly
enrolled member" shaff mean any person who has been accepted as a member of the Tribe m accordance with
the Tribal enrollment ordinance adopted pursuant to Article V of the Grand Ronde Constitution onn accordance
with section 7 of the Grand Ronde Restoration A c t.
ANNUAL ELECTIONS:
At the Tribal Council election in September 1988, the three (3) members receiving the highest number of votes
shall be elected to a three (3) year term.

Absentee Ballots must be mailed or hand delivered to the Election Board at the Grand Ronde Tribal Office, P.O.
Box 38, Grand Ronde, Oregon 97347, and delivered no later than 6:00 p.m. on September 10, 1988.
