ENROLLMENT FW PQW WOW ENROLLMENT REPORT Dear Fellow Tribal Members and Friends, The Enrollment program has hired a temporarypart time enrollment clerk named Beverly Smith. Beverly is assisting me in updating the enrollment records. I have been sending update forms to clients for correct infor mation. Many have been returned because the address has not been changed through the enrollment office. Many of the tribal programs request an address through me, and if I do not have a correct address, you may not receive the services requested. If you notify any pro gram of an address changes, please request them to pass it along to me. I am listing the name of my clients whose mail has been returned. If a relative or friends name appears, please let them know that I need their current address. Thomas Bean Mary Butler, Terry Boerckel Melisa Chandler Una Birchum Francis Bean Lorraine Barton Doreen Banuelos Virginia Robertson Dana Can Esther Cook Many clients have not completed their enrollment applications. I cannot verify tribal membership for services until a clients application is completed and ready to submit to the Enrollment Committee. If you have not received a letter from the Tribal Chairman notifying you of your roll number, you probably are not enrolled. Many applications for children are submitted without birth certificates, or not submitted at all. Please enroll your eligible children. They may require an emergency service, and I would not be able to verify that they are a tribal member. The applications may be requested during office hours. If you are not sure that your child is enrolled, please check with me or Beverly. Our tribal enrollment totals 2321. The completed enrollment applications submitted have been about 6 a month. I schedule the Enrollment Committee meetings to meet the demand of files that need reviewed. At this time, clients may have to wait 2-3 months to receive a roll number. When a completed application is received, the client is notified of the approximate date the roll number will be issued. I also inform the client that I will verify their enrollment status by request. Please check your enrollment status if you are not sure if you are enrolled. If you have any questions, please call or write to me in care of the tribal office. Sincerely, Margo George Enrollment Director HUNTER SAFUY TRAINING CLASS FOR YOUTH AGES 12 T0 18 REGISTER TODAY FOR SEPTEMBER SESSIONS CALL GREG AT 879-5211 ENROLLMENT ASSISTANT Dear Tribal Members and Friends, Hello.
