ENROLLMENT
Dear Fellow Tribal Members and Friends:
On a monthly basis, I am required to prepare enrollment applications, update files, report
any additions or changes to the 8. I. A. offices, and process new enrollee's. Our Tribal
membership now totals 1983. Congratulations to all our new members! When I mail the new
enrollee's numbers, 1 include an information sheet that lists the Tribal services and the
contact people. These are available to any members on request. I have received a Notary
Public commission, and my services are available to Tribal members, free of charge.
In addition to my regular duties, I will be preparing to issue photo I.D. cards. In the
next months I will be in and out of the office to gather information to issue the cards.
The newsletter will have an update on this project each month. If you wish to see me in
person, please call ahead. I will leave a calendar with the dates that I will be out with
the Tribal Secretary each week. I am asking any tribal members who have moved to notify
me of their new address. I will be involved in a survey for information needed by Tribal
programs. This survey will help determine the greatest needs of our Tribe. It is very
important to have the correct address to send out these surveys. If you have any questions
please call or write to me in care of this office. If I am out, please leave your name
and phone number or address. I will be glad to contact you.

POW-WOW COMMITTEE NEEDS HELP
The Pow-Wow Committee needs your support for ongoing fund raising. We wish to sponsor
Bingo games on a regular basis, but we are in need of gift items for Bingo prizes. We
also need volunteers for working at the fund-raising events. If you can help, please
call 879-5215 and ask for Margo or Mary. Donations are appreciated at any time. Please
make all checks out to Grand Ronde Pow-Wow Fund. If you have a gift to donate, you may
leave it at the Depot Tribal Office or mail it to Pow-Wow Committee, P.O. Box 38,
