LOW-INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
(LIEAP)
December 1, 1986 - April 30, 1987
Applicants from low-income families, both renters and homeowners, who need help with their
winter heating bills may schedule appointments beginning December 1, 1986 for assistance
through the low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) .
To be eligible, households must have a gross ; income that does not exceed 125 of the Federa
Proverty Level.
