STUDENTS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING WASHINGTON COLLEGES
A tuition exchange program Is being planned for Oregon and Washington.
This program would allow Oregon students to attend Washington State
colleges and universities without having to pay surcharge costs as an out
of state" student. Oregon's Higher Education System will reciprocate for
Washington residents as well, by offering the same opportunity for
students wishing to attend Oregon schools.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Students wishing more Information regarding educational opportunities,
and grant application, need to contact the Education Specialist as soon
as possible. If you are considering applying for school for Winter 1987
and Spring 1987 terms, contact the Education Specialist to begin the
application process, assessment, financial aid application and admission
process. Application packets for Adult Vocational Training and Higher
Education, can be picked up at the Tribal Cemetery Office. For more Infor

Dear Fellow Tribal Members and Friends:
Our Tribal membership now totals 1919. Congratulations to all our new
members! I still have many Incomplete files on hand. If you have not yet
received an enrollment number, please check with me.
My thanks to all members who send me their current mailing address. I
really appreciate It! I have been working on statistical data for the
Housing Improvement Program, Education Program, and the BIA. It's a big
help to have the right Information.
I was Issued a Notarial Commission In July. I will be happy to offer the
service of a Notary Public to Tribal members, free of charge. If you have
any questions on Enrollment, I am In the Depot Tribal office dally, Monday
through Friday. My hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our offices are closed
dally from 12 noon to 1 p.m. for lunch break.
