This program would allow Oregon students to attend Washington State colleges and universities without having to pay surcharge costs as an out of state" student. Oregon's Higher Education System will reciprocate for Washington residents as well, by offering the same opportunity for students wishing to attend Oregon schools. APPLICATION INFORMATION Students wishing more Information regarding educational opportunities, and grant application, need to contact the Education Specialist as soon as possible. If you are considering applying for school for Winter 1987 and Spring 1987 terms, contact the Education Specialist to begin the application process, assessment, financial aid application and admission process.
