Please remember to keep appointments, dates and time. Try to be prompt. We at the
distribution site, strive to serve each family quickly and efficiently and running
as smoothly as possible. If you know you will not be able to keep your appointment,
Please call as soon as possible to re-schedule another time and date. Please remember
to bring boxes and any recipes that you would like to share.
NOTICE
to all parents who bring their children with them, the children must stay in the
front part of the warehouse due to the fact that we have rat poison out. We would
also like donations for washable toys and children's books.
We would like to give a big THANKS to John Allen, who helped at the Salem Distribution
Site. He did this after working all night at his job at Chemawa. Thanks again John!!!
HIROLLMCiT
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL TRIBAL MEMBERS AND FRIENDS!
I hope 1986 will be a most successful year for the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde
Community of Oregon. Our tribe is increasing in number rapidly, and the latest enrollee's
will bring our total membership close to 1800.
I have been updating my files as much as possible. I would like to thank all members
who have sent in their correct address. It is a big help to me and I can be confident
that my mail will reach you. If you have moved recently, have you informed this office?
I can't inform enrollment applicants if I don't have their current addresses.
I still have many incomplete files on hand. If you or a relative has not received an
enrollment number, please give me a call or write to me. I will look up your file and
find out what is holding up the enrollment procedure.
If you are working with another agency and you need verification of enrollment, be sure
to give your full name. If you were enrolled in 1954, please give the name you were
enrolled under at that time. If you have been married, divorced, or adopted, please send
me documentation to change the name on the roll.
If you have any questions regarding enrollment, please feel free to contact me . I will
do my best to give you the answers you seek. My hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays
through Fridays. Our office is closed from 12 noon to 1 p.m. daily for lunch break. My
phone number is (503) 879-5215.
Sincerely,
Marco Georee v
