Economic questionnaire, please do so immediately, your input is important. If
your household did not receive a questionnaire, notify Cheryle Kennedy at the Tribal
Health Department and one will be sent to you. Thank you.
TRIBAL HEALTH NOTE
We would like you to join us in welcoming Darlia Dugan to the Tribal Health Staff.
Darlia is our Community Health Nurse and is available at the Depot office from
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Darlia received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valla Valla College and did
her clinical training at Portland Adventist Hospital. She has worked in a nursing
home and worked for three years at Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City. For
the past two years she has worked for Home Health Care in Portland.
Darlia is available to answer tribal members questions at 879-5211.
