December General Meeting
The December General Meeting will be held Sunday, December, 5,1982, at St.Micheals
Cafeteria in Grand Ronde. A potluck will begin at noon and the meeting will follow.
Tribal Council Election Results
Annual Tribal Council electi ons were held Sunday, September 12, 1982, at the General
Meeting in Grand Ronde. Including the three officer positions, there were an
additional four Council positions up for election. The results of the elections
were:
Merle Holmes - Chairman (re-elected)
Dean Mercier - Vice-Chairman (newly elected to Vice-Chairman position but has
served on the Tribal Council in past years)
Beverly Cooney- Sec.Tres. (newly elected)
Clarice Ellison - Councilp erson (newly elected)
Parrel Mercier - Councilperson (re-elected after Council appointment)
"Bob Leno -Councilperson (newly elected)
John Mercier -Councilperson (re-elected)
Frank Harrison -Councilperson (currently serving 2-yr. term after Council
appointment)
Sharon Herron - Councilperson (currently serving 2-yr. term after Council
appointment)
