ENROLLMENT
During the past month of February we have been trying to set-up our contact persons in
the designated area's of Oregon. After we have done this, then we will proceed as we
have planned to, by following up on those contact people with a list of the persons we
have addresses for. The contact person will then try to get in touch with each member
aM explain how the forms will be filled outj, and if help is needed then they will, be
notified when a workshop will be set-up in their town with the contact person and also
our Community Organizer and Tribal Enrollment Clerk will be there to explain in full
detail the new 1981 enrollment forms and also the new health and housing forms for the
head-of-the-bousehold to fill out at the same time. A list of our current contact

and we have an address for you, we will mail out your enrollment forms to you.
