Indian Head Casino discussion with Shawn McDaniels, general manager: Motion by Joe adopting Resolu- tion No. 13,143, that the Tribal Council hereby: Affirms that each ‘Whereas’ in this resolution is true and correct in all material aspects; Allocates $4 million of ARPA Funds, as authorized under 31 CFR § 35.6(b) (3) (ii) (D) to Warm Springs CE to mitigate the negative eco- April 3 nomic impact of the Covid-19 pub- lic health emergency on this im- pacted industry; Authorizes and delegates the au- thority to the Secretary-Treasurer to work with WSCE on memorial- izing reporting metrics to the Tribal Council on the benefits of the ARPA allocation to WSCE; Appoints the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer as authorized representatives for purposes of this resolution; Authorizes the authorized repre- sentatives to execute and deliver on behalf of the Tribe any other agree- ments and to take such further and additional action or grant consents as the authorized representative Page 7 determines to be necessary or ap- propriate to complete the transac- tions contemplated by this Resolu- tion, including the execution and delivery of certificates and other documents, with the taking of any such foregoing actions being con- clusive evidence that the Autho- rized representative has deter- mined it to be necessary and ap- propriate to complete the transac- tions contemplated by this Resolu- tion.
