This survey will help the tribal Prevention Team collect informa- tion, so alcohol and drug preven- tion services and programs can be adapted to meet the members’ needs. Your responses are voluntary and private. Once your data is collected, there is the option to enter your name into a raffle drawing (different link than the one containing your answers). Got to: survey.alchemer.com/s3/6151708/2021-WS-Survey Tribal Ski Day coming up The War m Springs Ski & Snowboard Day is coming up at Mt. Hood Meadows on Friday, March 19. Note the event date is weather dependent and subject to rescheduling. For this year’s Ski Day, covid precautions will be in place: · There will be limited seating on the bus due to spacing require- ments. · Mask wearing is required on the bus and anytime social distanc- ing is not possible at Mt Hood Meadows. · The Lodge is closed, so all ac- tivities and meal service will be outside. All pre-registration paperwork must be completed and turned in prior to being put on the trip list. Pre-registration includes the group consent form, and medical release; plus transportation information and the bus request form. · You must include insurance in- formation and signatures, informa- tion about whether participant will ski or snow board; height, weight, shoe size, experience level, etc. Date of birth and contact informa- tion for the day of the trip. · All participants, whether riding the bus or driving up as a family, must have all paperwork turned in no later than Monday, March 15 at 5 p.m. for the March 19 trip. The bus will depart the Warm Springs Community Center parking lot at 7:30 a.m. on March 19. Fami- lies who drive themselves to Mt. Hood Meadows should plan on meeting the group at 9 a.m. on the deck outside the lodge. The bus will leave Mt. Hood Meadows for the return trip to Warm Springs at 3:15 p.m. The bus should return to the Warm Springs Community Center Parking Lot by 4:30 p.m. Transportation, rentals, lessons, lift tickets and lunch are provided by Mt.
