About 30 people were tested, with most re- sults negative, and a few still pending. Tribal health workers have this advice as the best safety measures for the membership and other resi- dents and employess on the reservation: · Monitor yourself or fever, cough, or shortness of breath. · Stay home as much as possible. If you must go out of the house, wear a facemask and try to stay at least six feet away from other people. · If you believe you experiencing symptoms, and are still working: Call your supervisor and discuss your situation. The supervisor may want you to stay home until you are tested, and the result comes back nega- tive. Non-essential employees of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs need to stay home. · Do not go out at all if you develop any symp- toms. Stay home until three days after both fever and cough go away. · If the test of the person in your household comes back negative, you should continue to monitor your- Howlak Tichum Martha Evelyn Allison ~ 1934 - 2020 Martha Evelyn Allison was born in Haywood, North Caroline July 3, 1934. While her blood was Southern, Evie gave her heart to Oregon. Evie left three chil- dren, three grandchil- dren and two great- grandchildren. With her late husband, Evie became a minis- ter, worked with in- mates, became involved time for the betterment of the community, in- cluding sewing hats for babies in the hospital. Evie left behind a small family, but was a grandmother and mother to hundreds, if not thousands. Evie passed in Bend, inJanuary.
