Grazing Lease with
James Halliday:
· Motion by Joe adopt-
ing Resolution No. 12,662
that Flint Scott be granted a
five year grazing lease in the
Seekseequa area on tribal
land and described herein.
That the lessee pay to the
tribes upon approval of the
lease, twenty-five dollars for
the original term of the
lease. That the tribe reserves
the right to grant rights-of-
way over, under and across
the lease premises, such a
provision to be written into
and made a part of the lease
terms. Except as otherwise
provided in the lease agree-
ment, the tribes reserve the
right to cancel the lease upon
30 days written notice to les-
see, in the event that the lease
premises are needed for tribal
community development of
land exchange purposes, or
for such other substantive
reason cancellation may be
deemed necessary by the
tribes, such a provision to be
written into and made a part
of the lease terms. That the
Chairman, Vice Chairman,
and Secretary-Treasurer/
CEO are hereby authorized
to execute the necessary
documents for and on behalf
