w ork by artists from across
the West. ,

July 27. T his year’s exhibi­
tion features 76 works by 46
artists.

D esert,” said Andries Foürie,
m useum curator o f art and
com m unity engagement.
“ T h e e x h ib itio n gives
m useum visitors the op p o r­
tunity to view the ru g g ed
splendor and unique stories
o f the W est through the eyes
o f its m o s t crea tiv e re si­
dents.”
T he free opening e v en t
on July 27 offers the public
a first viewing o f the exhi­
bition as well as the chance
to m ingle w ith a num ber o f
the artists. Silent bidding will
begin that evening, and there
is also th e o p p o rtu n ity to
purchase artw ork outright.
