Whereas the Tribal
Council has established the
Warm Springs Senior Distri-
bution Fund for the purpose
of providing payments to
Tribal Members who have
attained the age of 60; and,
Whereas it is the stated
policy of the Tribal Council
that the fund be managed
with the objective of being
