New web system for Academy parents
The Warm Springs Acad-
emy is now using a web ap-
plication called PickUp Pa-
trol. The application makes
it easier for parents to make
changes to the students’
regular after-school dismissal
plans.
Previously, parents may
have written a note or made
a phone call to the office to
let staff know about dis-
missal plan changes.
For example, the student
may be getting picked up in-
stead of taking the bus; or the
student may be staying after
for an activity.
Now, the parent can sim-
ply sign into PickUp Patrol
from a smartphone or com-
puter and submit the changes
there.
The Academy is suggest-
ing all plan changes now be
submitted through PickUp
Patrol.

days, weeks, or even months

Warm Springs Community
Center social hall. This will be
from 3-4:30. The focus is on
healthy teeth and bodies, fea-
turing dental and health
screenings. St. Charles is

campuses will be
closed this Friday,
September 1, and
Monday, September 4
in recognition of the
Labor Day holiday.
Normal hours resume
on Tuesday, Septem-
ber 5, and fall term
classes begin on Mon-
day, September 25.
