Chef Anthony to cook in Warm Springs
Chef Mark Anthony will
be in Warm Springs in May,
giving a cooking demonstra-
tion at the Greeley Heights
Community Center.
Chef Anthony has been
on ABC, NBC, 3ABN and
ESPN, and appears regularly
on SmartLifestyle Worldwide
Television.
He has given cooking
demonstrations in every state
in the country. This is a free
event in Warm Springs, com-
ing up on May 8, starting at
6 p.m. Seating is limited, so
come early. For more infor-

This will be cooking at its
most fun—with plant based
health nutrition. Topics for
conversation will be weight
loss, lower cholesterol, and
increased energy.
This event is hosted by the
Adventist Church.
Employee Wellness class next week
An Employee Wellness
Program class is coming up
on Tuesday, April 18. Te
topic will be mindfulness,
with presenter Beth Ann
Beamer. More classes will
be coming up in August and
October.

Agency Longhouse.
