Dur- ing the smelt run—with peak months expected in February and March— the following regulations apply: Fishing will continue until 2,250 pounds are harvested by members; or until the run ends. Fishing may take place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dipnets must be continuously attended. During the run, and until the harvest limit is reached, fishing is allowed 7 days a week. The Branch of Natural Re- sources is responsible for the bio- logical monitoring of the fishery. Tribal members must carry enroll- ment cards at all times while fish- ing and transporting fish.
