3 new sessions begin next week

W.S. Community Action Team
The Warm Springs Com-
munity Action Team, along
with Tribal Credit Enterprise
and Warm Springs Housing
Authority, are co-teaching
new sessions of Pathways
Home , Indianpreneurship ,
and Financial Skills for Fami-
lies.
These sessons begin the
week of April 18.
Pathways Home is a seven
week course that walks you
through the steps to buying a
house. This course covers
Cowlitz County and
the Washington De-
partment of Ecology
plan to release a draft
Environmental Impact
Statement for the Mil-
lennium Bulk Termi-
nals – Longview coal
export terminal on April
29, under the State En-
vironmental Policy Act.
The draft environ-
mental review will in-
clude information on
the potential environ-
mental impacts of the
project proposal.
Once released at
the end of April, the
public can read and
download the draft en-
vironmental study at:
www.millenniumbulk
eiswa.gov.
mortgages, financial planning,
and maintaining a home. The
course will be offered on
Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30 be-
ginning April 19 at Tribal
Credit Enterprise.
Indianpreneurship is a 10-
module course that walks you
through starting a business.
Topics include research,
marketing, finance, and writ-
ing a business plan. Classes
will take place on Mondays
and Thursdays beginning May
9.
Classes will be from 5:30-
7:30 at Tribal Credit Enter-
prise.
Financial Skills for Families
is a six-session course that
walks you through maintain-
ing a budget, coming up with
a savings plan, and under-
standing credit. This class,
beginning April 27, will be
taught on Wednesdays from
5:30-7:30 at the War m
Springs Community Action
Team office.
All courses meet require-
ments for the IDA program
administered by WSCAT. If
