Open enrollment, benefits fair in Nov.
It is time for the Warm
Springs Human Resources
Open Enrollment - Compen-
sation and Benefits Fair.
The fair will be Tuesday
and Wednesday, Nov. 17-18,
from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the
community center social hall.
The fair is open to all tribal
employees and tribal enter-
prise employees, about 1,500
people.
The open enrollment days
happen twice a year, replac-
ing the previous unmanage-
able on-going open enroll-
ment.
There may be a smaller
enrollment event in June, but
the one this month is the larg-
est, drawing the most employ-
ees.
Last year over 550 em-
ployees participated in the
one-day fair. More are ex-
pected this year.
Human Resources is ask-
ing all tribal government and
enterprise general managers
and directors to support this
event, by sending all employ-
ees, on rotating attendance,
for up to 90 minutes.
