Booth set-up will be from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Fun and games begin at 6:30. Judging of the Costume Contest for adults and chil- dren starts at 7:30. Catego- ries: Best face paint, best homemade contest, scariest Halloween contest, Retro ‘80s, best storybook.
