It is first and fore- most a youth development pro- gram, helping kids and youth grow the skills to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world. The program utilizes caring adult volunteers to assist youth grades 4- 12 in different project areas, usu- ally in the context of a club. Is it livestock programs, art, home economics, science and tech- nology, leadership camps, hunting and outdoor skills, or something all- together new? To find that out, the Facebook page (Warm Springs 4-H Oregon) has been re-activated, and there is a link to a very simple survey.
