The first day of school is
coming up next week, and the
school district 509-J has pro
vided a list o f student sup
plies. Some classes may re
quire additional materials. If
so, the student will be noti
fied during the first week of
school the teacher. Some
school supphes wEl need to
be replenished through the
school year. Athletics shoes
are needed for all P.E. classes
at all schools.
The first day of school is
Monday, Sept. 10 for grades
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9. The
first day o f school is Tues
day, Sept. 11 for grades 7, 8,
10, 11 and 12.
All kindergarten, first- and
second-grade suppEes will be

log is made possible by a
grant from the Native Arts
and Cultures Foundation.
