vidual Development Account
program coordinator, m
The Individual Develop­
ment Account (IDA) program
coordinator reports directly to
the managing director, and
will be solely responsible for
all IDA program oversight. ‘ ■
This position requires both
program management and di­
rect work with program par­
ticipants. Es sential functions
include:
Creating all program mar­
keting materials and regularly
attending community events
to recruit participants.
Coordination o f all client
services including providing
all financial education and
