Students will need to check in at the clinic front desk for the physicals. All students at Jefferson County Middle School and Ma­ dras High School who are par­ ticipating in any sport activity are required to have the physical ev­ ery two years. The sports physical education form is available now at the clinic for parents to pick up and complete. The form needs to be filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian before the physi­ cal is done. Parents should accompany students to the exam. Students 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the exam: Yvonne Iverson/Spilyay Rosebud Whipple (above) and Annalise Whipple were winners at this year’s Jefferson County Fair in July.
