petition filed herein that the decedent was an Indian who died on
the 19th day of December, 2010 , and at the time of death the
decedent was domiciled or owned property situated within the Warm
Springs Indian Reservation; that the decedent’s estate consists of
property which does not come within the jurisdiction of the Secretary
of the Interior of the United States; that it is necessary to probate
such estate and to appoint an Administrator and an Appraiser for
this purpose; that Kenneth L. Smith is a competent person to
perform the duties of Administrator and, that Thomas Strong,
Jr., is a disinterested and competent person to perform the duties
of Appraiser, and upon filing his oath of office, shall be qualified
so to serve.
