Volunteers beautify the heights
VFW, Auxiliary host Veterans
Day parade, memorial dinner

to 40 volunteers cam e o u t fo r a
day in the sun.
T hey cu t and pulled weeds,
m ow ed and raked, and gathered
the debris in the area u n d e r a
beautiful fall sky.

and 2 took place in the W est Hills
and trailer court neighborhoods
in W arm Springs.
I t took over 120 volunteers
in those three days to attack the
U ttered, u n sa fe a n d un -m ain -
tained sidewalks. T h is tim e, at
Miller and EUiott heights, it took
only one day.
