I am a write-in candidate.
My name is Bruce Jim, Sr.;
my Indian name is Ki-yum-
a-luc. I come from the north
end. I have lived there and
also lived in Celilo—this was
in my younger life. This I
am sharing with the younger
generation of the north end
people.
I was asked by several
people if I was running for
tribal council. I said I wasn’t,
not that I didn’t want to, if
