Wellness Center hosts mini-marathon

The Warm Springs Community
Wellness Center held their annual Mini
Marathon Saturday, April 24, at Kah-Ncc-Ta.
This event included running
events: 14.5K run, 10K run, 5K run,
and 1 mile.
Beginning with the 14.5K event:
male 30-39 1M place was Scan Meissncr
finishing at 1:31:59; Petar Kriston fin
ished 2nd at 1:31:59; Timothy Lathan
finished at 1:52:57 in 3"1 place.
40-49 male taking 1" place was Stan
Nowakowski with a time of 1:48:50;
Gerald Allisonjr. in 2nd at 1:54:11; and
Bobbie Jim with a time of 2:27:34 in
3".
Female 40-49 winner was Jane
Clcavenger at 1:43:40.
50-59 male taking first place was Al
Maclnnis with a time of 1:59:09; and
Leo Hellon took 2nd at 2:55:40. Female
50-59 coming in 1" was Virginia
Falkowski at 2:02:12; and Nancy
Maclnnis in 2nd at 2:28:19.
Taking the 60 & over category was
Harry Kittleman at 2:28:19.
Female 13 & under 10K winners
were Maria Garate at 56:31 in 1" place;
and Jenny Redfox in 2nd at 1:05:05.
Male 14-18 in 1" place was George
Boise at ; and in 2nd at was Douglas
Jackson.
Male 19-29 finishing with a time of
52:17 was Mark Fretz.
Male 40-49 in first was Gerald
Danzuka at 1:00:27; and 40-49 female
in first was Karlene Austin at 47:33.
Male 50-59 in 1" was Rich Lohman
at 55:06; and 60 & over male was Don
Hildebrund at 54:15.
In the 5K-event male 13 & under
Dylan Joseph took 1" at 27:04, Larry
Spino at 27:22 in 2nd, and Anthony
Blueback in 3rd at 28:42. Female 13 &
under winner was Norene Sampson at
28:31, in 2nd was Kristi Olney at 28:46,
and Jamie Waltz at 34:42 in 3".
Male 14-18 Justin Berman took 1"
at 21:05, Kip Culpus in 2nd at 31:49,
and Kelly Blueback took 3rd.
Male and Female in 19-29 category
were Louie Smith and Kimberly
Skunkcap both taking 1" at 52:11.
Female 30-39 were Monica Leonard
taking V at 30-54; Laurie Danzuka in
2nd at 36:10; and Tobi Smith in 3rd at
39:40.
Male 40-49 winner was Chet VanPelt
at 39:49. Female 40-49 in 1" was Robin
Mitchell at 37:55; in 2nd was Lucinda
Heath at 39:01; and 3rd was Sandra Jim
at 43:32.

Reunion hour: 5 p.m., May 22,
followed by dinner and semi-formal
