the Agency District, one direc
tor will represent the
Seekseeipia District, and one
will represent the Simnasho
District.
The Secretary-Treasurer of
the Tribal Council and the
Chief Operating Officer of the
Tribe, or their designees, shall
also be directors,

shall be "at large," meaning

The name, designation and
date of expiration of the initial
term of each initial director
will be determined by Tribal
Council.
Voters of each District shall
select the successor director

nees shall serve while they hold
those positions or their desig
nees shall serve at the pleasure
of the officer appointing them.

ceased). Great grandparent is Paul James Sr., of FJmcr City,
