"Children's Treasures", 7th An
nual Children's Art Exhibit will be
presented in our Changing Exhibit
Gallery on March 21 through May
28th, 2000. The opening reception
will be on Tuesday evening, March
21, 6-8 p.m.
This exhibit is yearly of all the
Native American students in 509-J
school district with the high school,
middle school, two grade schools in
Madras. All the students participate
from the elementary school in
Simnasho and Warm Springs, also
the Early Childhood Education Pro
gram. The children's art exhibit is our
biggest exhibit of the year with a
very large artist participation because
the curator opened this exhibit to
individual artist who entered an art
piece made at home as well as class
room art.
