Stacona went to schools in Warm Springs and Madras, excelled in numerous sports activities such as basketball & football, graduating in 1987 from Madras High School. He received a football scholarship to Lewis & Clark College in Port land, OR. He then went to Fort Lewis College, Durango, CO where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Au gust 1993. He was the previous General David Lyle Andrews, age 36 years old passed away August 8, 1999 at 9070 Tenino Road, Warm Springs, Oregon. Mr. Andrews was born January 25, 1963 to parents Annabelle Broncheau and John Andrew, Sr. at Toppenish, Wash ington. He was enrolled Colville. He was raised by Evans and Eileen Spino at an early age, who later sent him to Bull Riding School. He then went to live with Verbena and Perry Greene until he married Raynele Palmer cn January 25, 1995.
