To be eligible for a loan or DP the farm growing the commodity must be enrolled in a Production Flexibility contract (PFC). Commodity loans mature nine months from the month they are approved. Field direct LDPs are for producers who have already marked their grain through forward contracts or pass title of the grain upon delivery. If this is the case it is very important that you complete a CCC-709 prior to harvest. Failure to do so will results in the grain being ineligible for LDP. From your mom Marella Child molester speaks out- This letter was requested by the Voc Rehab to be printed . Dear Ann Landers: : I am you average everyday child molester. Please understand that I'm not talking about a guy who hides behind bushes or hangs around school yards and playgrounds. I could be anyone, your neighbor, your friend, your brother, your father even your grandfather. I am the guy who be comes your friend so I can get close to your child. Ann, the best warning I can give your readers is this: If an adult is spending a lot of time with your child, there is a reason, and it's prob ably a bad one. Why else would an adult want to take your child to the movies, to the mall, to video arcades, to the swimming pool, to car races, to amusement parks or on overnight camping trips? Be alert to any adult who is giving your child a lot of special attention and is willing to take him or her anywhere. That adult may seem kind and helpful, but be lieve me, there could be a motive behind the kindness. If this is happening to your chil Eastern Choctaw brother seeks pen pals To the editor, If it's not to much, is it possible that you can publish a little story I wrote for a friend? They also need to make sure that annual weeds, insects, and rodents do not inhibit the established grass stand from controlling erosion for the contracted time period. And be aware that children could like to you about what's going on because they are afraid the mo lester will harm them or they will get into trouble with you, their parents. When I was molested as a child, I lied to my father when he asked about it because I was afraid he would punish me. Had I told him, the molestation surely would have stopped, and I would have received help. Instead it went on for years. It destroyed my life and the lives of others because I became a molester and did the same things that were done to me. I prey mostly on the children of single mothers, who welcome some one who will take theirchild off their hands for a while, and they like the father figure I provide. The children welcome me because I act like a big kid myself and take them places they enjoy. If your child is lonesome, he is the perfect target for a pedophile. Whoever is reading this, please think about what is going on in your family. If you are a grandparent, con sider you son or daughter's house of Choctaw Indians (South Eastern Band). Something may go wrong. No name, no city Dear No Name: Here is your letter, which is sure to generate some negative response from men who fit your description but will deny there is anything wrong unwholesome about their relation ship with the children they befriend. Jason Atkinson, R-Jacksonvill, said, "this bill is about restoring fish. It's about bringing people together, from all sides of this issue, with the sole purpose of bringing the fish back." Under the bill, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs and Umatilla Reservations, as well as the Ncz Perce Tribe, will be allowed to plant hatchery fish, bred from wild stocks, into rivers and streams above 4-H Culture Enrichment Camp fnin Wiirm Join Warm Springs 4-H at Peter's Pasture this summer for camping, cultural experiences and lots of fun I There are two sessions:Session One 2nd -5th Grades August 8th-14th Session Two 6th-9th Grades August 1 6th-22nd Cost is $20 and you must sign-up by July 1 5th to get a Culture Camp T-Shirt! The current wild fish policy, ad ministered by the Oregon Depart ment of fish and Wildlife, has re duced the number of hatchery fish introduced into streams for fear they would crowed out the native popula tions. Rep. Atkinson has long said that if we are serious about reluming fish , we need to be flexible in how we manage them. And artificial propa gation can be a valuable tool in re covering our lost salmon runs, he said, "the tribes have a proven track record for return ing fish."
