Council seeking two Gaming Commissioners The Tribal Council of the Con federated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation would like to announce the following vacancies: , ., Warm Springs Gaming Commis sioners (2 Positions) "' 1) Establishment of Gaming Commission. There is hereby estab lished by the Tribe a Commission to be known as the Warm Springs Tribal Gaming Commission (hereafter "The Gaming Commission"). The Gam ing Commission shall be composed of three persons, who shall be desig nated as "Gaming Commissioners." Gaming Commissioners may be members or non-members of the Tribe, provided that not less than one Gaming Commissioner shall be a tribal member. 2) Selection, of Gaming Com mission. The Tribal Council shall by motion appoint a five-member Gam- , ing Commission Selection Commit tee (hereafter "The Selection Com mittee") and two members, at large. Members of the Selection Commit tee may be either members or non members of the Tribe. Are they bored, irritable and just plain acting lazy? Well, the Warm Springs Summer Recreation department has just the answer. Get the kids signed up and it's a sure bet they won't be bored. Summer recreation staff coordi nator Laura Sahme, sportsathletic coordinator and the rest of the staff including Carol Allison, Lucinda Green, Lo vie Ike and Covey Col wash are ready to keep the kids busy and off the streets this summer. Rules and regulations go with any organized activities and the Summer Recreation Program is no different. The Summer Recreation activities began Monday, June 15 and will continue until Friday, August 7.
