Allen was a lifetime resident of
Warm Springs, Oregon. He was em
ployed for the Confederated Tribes
of Warm Springs as a paralegal.
Before working for the CTWS, he
was employed at Warm Springs
Forest Products. He also spent a
short time in the United States Navy.
Allen attended ballet school in
Portland, OR and was in the movie
"Tonka" that was filmed in Warm
Springs. Some of his hobbies were
bcadworking, cooking, and danc
ing. He also like to sing. John could
play numerous instruments. He also
enjoyed poetry. He was a member

Services were held on Saturday,
September 6, 1997 at 9 a.m. at the
Warm Springs Agency Longhouse.
Burial followed at the Lower
Seekseequa Cemetery.
