White Buffaloe Girls roll on to State
The Madras White Buffaloe girls softball team clinch conferance title and sweep past the
Gladstone Gladiators by the score of 17-5, to win the no. seed to the state play-offs where
they will meet the No. 2 team from the Capitol Conferance which will be Stayton. The teams
will meet on the madras home field on Friday afternoon.
The White Buffaloes end4ed the season with a 19-5, record and have won the conferance
title. This game was a play-off for the No. 1 seeding to the state tournament. Nyara of the
Madras Buffaloes was the winning pitcher and Kohring was the loser.
The eigth ranked Madras White Buffaloes got top performance from Stacey Smith and Anna
Collings as they whopped the Gladiators 17-5, for the No. Spot.
T-Ball is perfect wav or youngsters to learn to play baseball andor softball.
