Tribal Credit Enterprise Board
of Directors (S positions); these are
divided into three classes: Class I
consists of two directors, one en
rolled member & one non-member,
term to expire January 1, 1998.
Class II consists o! two directors,
one enrolled member & one non
member, term to expire January 1,
1999.
Class III consists of one member
who shall be an enrolled member of
the tribes, term to expire January 1,
2000 or until their successors arc
appointed and take office. Must have
a reputation for industry, depend
ability, honesty and integrity. Il shall
be an initial and continuing qualifi
cation for members of the Board that
they have no loan with the Tribes
that is in a delinquent status.
