Registration for St. Pat's Cowdeo
will open September 16, 1996. The
St. Pat's Cowdeo is scheduled for
October 19, 20, 1996 at Jefferson
County Fairgrounds in Madras.
Kids ages 5-14 are eligible.

Registration will close October 5,
1996 or earlier if events fill.

The Museum At Warm Springs
staff is planning a Benefit Golf Tour
nament Saturday, September 28,
1 996 at Kah-Nee-Ta Resort in Warm
Springs.
Hole-in-one prizes include a 1 997
Buick LeSabre, a new set of golf
clubs, airline tickets, along with many
more prizes. The hole-in-one prizes
are sponsored by Ron McDonald
Chevrolet Oldsmobile Pontiac Buick
Inc. in Madras.
Tee off time is 9 a.m. with a shot
gun start. The entry fee is $40 per
player that includes green fees. The
entry deadline is September 20, 1996.
It will be a scramble format and teams
or individuals can sign-up and can be
paired off.
An awards dinnersilent auction
will be held at Kah-Nee-Ta Resort
starting at 6 p.m. with a no host bar
followed by the awards dinner and
silent auction from 7 to 9 p.m. The
cost for the dinner is $30 per person.

Road Warrior Biathlon is sched
uled for Saturday, October 26,
1996 at Kah-Nee-Ta Resort, 9:00
a.m.
All participants will ride a bi
cycle, street bike or mountain
bike, to the Industrial Park and
back to the Kah-Nee-Ta Village.
From the Kah-Nee-Ta Village
they will continue by running
eastward along the scenic 188
hole golf course, out to the 3.1
mile turn around point and back
to the village for the finish.
Pre-registered participant cost
is $15 or team $30. Day of race
cost is $20 or team $40.
Divisions are Individuals-Men
and women; team-men, women
and co-ed (2 people, 1 biker 1 runner)
Awards will be given to Indi
vidual and Team overall.
