Tar-Stars take
tournament
Tar-Stars three on three tourney
held Saturday June 29, 1996, at Elmer
Quinn Park drew seven local teams.
Leo Washington stated " The tourney
was not big as he hoped for, but he
was happy with the turn out of teams
that did play."
Here are the teams that
participated this weekend, host team
Tar-Stars, Caucasian Invasion, Jake's
team, Rollers, Hackers, Any where's
and Albert & Son's.
Taking First was, Remo Smith's
team, The Tar-Stars going undefeated
for the tourney, Second went to Jake
Suppah's team. Roman Suppah's
team, Anywhere 's took home third.
