well by 235 from 2, 802 last winter

Total reimbursable FTE (full

of 5.4 percent from 620.54 in win

Monday, February 18, 1991,
James Leroy Pennington died at
the age of 68 at Mt. View Hospital
in Madras. He was born October
12, 1922 in Olympia, Washington.
He was employed as an air condi
tioning and heating specialist for
the Warm Springs service center.
He has been a resident of Warm
Springs since 1972.
Pennington was married on July
20, 1969 in Warm Springs to Iva
McKinley. Other survivors include
his children, Darin of Prineville,
Dennis of Bend, Harold of Warm
Springs, and Kelly of Oklahoma;
his step-children, Debbie Scott,
Rosa Brown, and Sophina Wilson
all fo Warm Springs. Along with
five grandchildren.
He enjoyed fishing, coppersmi
thing, leather work and was an
avid horseman, as he was a mem
ber of the Christain Cowboys
Association.
An all donominational prayer
service was held Tuesday, Febru-,
ary 19 at 7 p.m. held at Bel-Air
chapel. Dressing services were held
Wednesday, February 20, 1991 at 3
p.m. at the Agency Longhouse
with overnight services following.'
Burial services were held at Wolfe
Point cemetary Thursday, Febru
ary 21, 1991 at sunrise.
Officiating the prayer services
was the Christian Cowboys Asso
ciation and Full Gospel members.
Silas Williams officiated the Dress

Wednesday February 13, 1991
on highway 3 in Warm Springs,
Oregon, enrolled member of the
Confederated Tribes of Warm
Springs, Charles Foster Wolfe age
49, died in a single car accident.
Wolfe was born October 18,
1941 in Celilo Village, Oregon to
Ellery and Julia (Ike) Wolfe. He
was a life-time resident of Warm
Springs and was employed at
Warm Springs Forest Products
Industries as a fork lift operator
prior to his death.
He leaves behind his wife of five
years, Althea "Blondie" Wolfe.
They were wed on December 12,
1985. Wolfe also leaves behind a
son Richard E.; his mother Julia;
two sisters, Eunice Esquiro and
Katie Black wolfe; and three broth
ers, Kenneth, Harold S., and Al
fred L Wolfe.
Wolfe was preceded in death by
his father Ellery Wolfe in 1965, a
sister Nina Wolfe in 1940, and a
brother Reginald Wolfe in 1940, he
also was preceded in death by his
two sons, Ellery W. in 1988 and
Wilton in 1971.
Prayer services were held Thurs
day, February 14, at 7 p.m. at Bel
Air Colonial Funeral Home. Dress
ing ceremonies were held the
following day February 15, 1991 at
10 a.m. at the Agency Longhouse
in Warm Springs followed by over
night services. Burial services were
then held Saturday February 16 at
10 a.m. at the Tenino Cemetary in
Warm Springs.
Officiating the dressing services
was Larry Dick and Silas Willi
ams, officiating overnight services
was Freddie Ike.
