Contest brings out creativity, imagination, lots of color
THE WINNERS—The entries submitted by the above children were selected as the winners
in the first-ever Spilyay Tymoo coloring contest. In the front row are Tama Langnese and
Jolene Simtustus, who were entered in the three-to-five year-old age category. In the back
row,from left to right re Myra Abraham, Daniel Chavezand Clinton Tom, who were entered
in the six-to-eight year-old age category and Laura Miller, Thurman Tufti and Tony Fuentes
who were entered in the nine-through-eleven age category.

division were Myra Abraham, first; Daniel
Chavez, second and Clinton Tom, third.

an important aspect of the holiday season.

WHICH ONES ARE THE BEST?—Contest judges Mary Anstett,
Maxine Clements and Dale Parker carefully looked over each
contest entry. After more than an hour, the three made their final
decision. All stated it was very difficult to decide which entries
