Leroy Colfax is one o f many talented artists in Warm Springs. H e has done illustrations fo r
educational books on the Yakima reservation as well as original portraits. Som e o f his caricatures,
can be seen at the Warm Springs I n fo r m a tio n Center.

Jewelry made by Harry Miller is in demand. His work goes out to
buyers in Portland and is also sold locally at the Information
Center. In his travels he makes many contacts and at the same
time acts as P .R . man fo r the Warm Springs reservation.

Cornhusk bag—making is an art at which Isabelle K eo is an expert. She’s been doing it a long time,
she says. H er mother taught her.
