Ditch Caused
By Rubbish
Ditches along Roberts Avenue
south of Salem have become
clogged with rubbish, resulting
in the overflow of the land from
rains and seepage from septic
tanks, Arthur Tucker, who has
property in the area, reported in
county court today. The county
engineer was asked to investi
gate the situation.

a street that passes in front of
the Cummincs school will be
hard surfaced. She was informed
that the court had made no com
mitments as to the surfacing but
was assured that it would re
ceive a gravel surface. The im
