ies that have incapacitated tier.
The plaintiff, according to
news accounts of the accident,
was listed as one of the three
most seriously injured in the
crash.
The complaint alleges that the
driver of the truck, Harold A.
Sharp, had been fatally over
come by monoxide fumes from
the truck exhaust just before the
crash.
Responsibility for the escape
of gas .fumes from the truck en
gine is placed on the truck own
er and defendant by the plaintiff.
