Recently, the group has supported a sur gery for eyes case, purchased a Braille typewriter, and supplied a hospital bed for l rheumatic fever patient. Mrs. Tcrpstra, who is now on leave in Portland, spent five years in the Hawai ian Islands, leaving them three years ago for Ponape Island in the Eastern Caro linas where she and her husband work under the American Board, specializing in educational work and supervision of native churches. She is bringing an exhibit of na tive articles with her. In the early spring, she will join her husband in Scotland, where he is studying at present and they will journey home by the eastern route. They plan on visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Wolf of Glendalo before establishing residence in Phoenix. Miss Wolf has been employed by the state highway department for the past two and a half years and Miss Gottschalk is a former employee of the Pacific Tele phone company.
