Democrats Oppose
Beeson for NLRB
WASHINGTON Wt - Democrats
on the Senate Labor Committee
Wednesday appeared to challenge
President Eisenhower's nomina
tion of Albert C. Beeson to be a
member of the National Labor Re
lations Board. The committee then
deferred action until Friday.
Beeson, presently director of in
dustrial relations of the Food Ma
chinery and Chemical Corp., San
Jose, Calif., is Eisenhower's third
appointee to the five member
board.
