NAVY WAREHOUSE BURNS
PUSAN. Korea UP) A big South
Korean Navy warehouse full of
food and clothing burned Friday
night the city's biggest fire
since the diastrous fire which de
stroyed much of Pusan's downtown
a month ago. No casualties were
reported.

LEBANON Funeral services
for William W. Stamps, 74, who
died Tuesday night, will be
held Friday at 10 a.m. with the
Huston Funeral home in
charge. He was born in Okla
homa, Jan. 9, 1879 and was a
veteran of world war I.
He leaves a daughter, Mrs.
Ruth Williams of Alabama;
sons, Ray and Irwin Stamps
both of Evanaton, 111., and a
brother. Ben Stamps of Wood
leaf, Calif.
John Edson Kimsey
SILVERTON Jehn Edson
Kimsey, 82, died Saturday at
a Salem rest home. Mr. Kimsey
was born in Oregon July 4,
1871. He had made his home
lor the last lour years with
a nephew, Myron Kimsey, of
Silverton.
Other survivors are two
nephews. Chester Leach, Ray
mond, Wash., and Orrin Rich
ardson. Powers, Ore.; and a
niece living ln California.
Funeral services will be at

was born in Wisconsin and had
lived in Minnesota and Mon
tana before coming to Albany in
1945. He married Martha Lay,
at Bozeman, Wont., she died in
