The deadlock arose as result of situation in which the People's party had three council members, the Forward Hamilton party tnree members and then there was Her bert Mich, elected as an Independ ent. DIVORCE MODIFIED ALBANY Judge Victor Olli ver, in circuit court, has issued an order modifying the divorce decree, handed down Dec. 15, 1053. in the case nf Parlrv Tew. alt vs. Eunice Tewalt. which swarded to the plaintiff custody of their three children. As modi fied the decree provides that one of the three children be given to custody of the defen dint, the plaintiff pay $29 a month toward lU support.
